Cullowhee, N.C. - The Western Carolina women's tennis team visits the annual Wolfpack Invitational at the JW Isenhour Tennis Center this Friday, Sept. 29, thru Sunday, Oct. 1. This will be WCU's second tournament of the fall season and will result in an all-day, three-day event.
A total of 17 teams, including the Catamounts competing: Appalachian State, Campbell, Coastal Carolina, Charleston Southern, East Carolina, Gardner-Webb, Howard, High Point, James Madison, Liberty, NC State, University of Richmond, Samford, University of North Carolina at Asheville, Wofford, Western Carolina, and Winthrop University.
Western will be looking to build upon positive momentum gained at the season-opening East Tennessee State Invitational in Johnson City, Tenn.
