Cullowhee, N.C. - Due to the impending threat of showers and forecasted thunderstorms in the immediate area on Saturday, Western Carolina and Radford have agreed to cancel their women's tennis match which was slated for a 2:00 pm start in Cullowhee. Because of schedule restraints, the match will not be made up this season.

At this time, this is the only weather-related schedule change for the weekend of activities in Cullowhee, which includes the annual Spring Football game on Friday night (8:00 pm, Whitmire Stadium/Waters Field) and a three-game Southern Conference softball series versus Elon (1:00/3:00 pm Saturday and 1:00 pm Sunday, Catamount Softball Complex). If a change in the schedule arises, information will be released through www.CatamountSports.com.

The women's tennis team returns to action on Sunday as it visits Elon for a match at 1:30 pm. Western will conclude the regular season at home next Wednesday, April 12 hosting Chattanooga in SoCon action at 2:30 pm at the Catamount Athletic Complex.
