Greenville, S.C. - Western Carolina women's tennis (5-11, 0-7) fell to Furman (11-8, 7-0) 7-0 at Mickel Tennis Center on Tuesday afternoon

Furman, who has not lost a doubles point in conference play this year, won all three matches to secure the team point. The Lady Paladins rolled through the singles matches.

Trish Hanson moved down to No. 2 singles in the match, falling to Lauren Osborne 6-2, 6-2. Tessie Salame played at No. 1 singles, losing 6-0, 6-3.

The Catamounts travel to Chattanooga, Tenn. April 12 to take on Southern Conference rival Chattanooga. Match time is set for 3 p.m.
