Prior to Western Carolina: Was a four-year letter winner at Page HS, helping the Pirates to a 17-0 record as a senior ... During her four-year career, compiled a 66-3 singles record and a 64-5 career doubles record ... Accumulated two seasons with a perfect record in both singles and doubles when she went 14-0 her sophomore year and 16-0 as a senior ... She finished number one in the conference three times and missed a chance at a fourth time her sophomore season because of an injury ... Was named all-state four times ... Was a two-time team MVP, garnering that honor as both a freshman and senior ... Twice earned team most improved honor ... Missed part of her junior season due to injury ... Was ranked inside the top 100 in Tennis RPI, a top 10 recruit in the State of North Carolina and was a three-star recruit according to TennisRecruiting.net ... Personal: Is the daughter of Michael and Christie Ansari ... Comes from a family of seven children including siblings Hannah, Carolyn, Luke, Adam, Austin and Jennifer ... Older brother, Austin, plays men's tennis at Clemson and her sister, Jennifer, played women's tennis at Appalachian State.
