High School: A four-year letter-winner at Scotland High School ... Started at shortstop as a freshman and hit .356 ... As a sophomore, had a team-high .511 batting average with eight doubles, 26 RBI, 16 steals and struck out just four times ... Selected All-District and voted teams offensive MVP as a sophomore ... As a junior, helped led the school to it's first MSEC conference title while batting .432 with 10 doubles ... Voted All-District, All-State and received teams Offensive MVP for the second consecutive year, as s junior ... After sitting out part of the year, due to injury, completed the season with a .373 batting average, four doubles, 16 runs, and 10 walks ... Was selected All-Conference for the third consecutive year ... Received Wendy's High School Heisman Award her senior year.
