High School: After hitting .483 with five doubles, a pair of triples, and 19 RBI as a junior at McMichael High where she was a three-year starter at catcher, transferred to Western Guilford prior to her senior season ... At WGHS, hit .518 with nine doubles and 27 RBI en route to garnering all-conference and NCFSCA All-State accolades ... Her average ranked 19th in the state her senior year ... Also during her prep career, was named a scholar athlete for three years, selected for the Congressional Student Leadership Award, and was a member of the National Honor Society.
