Spartanburg, S.C. - The Western Carolina women's soccer team fell to Southern Conference opponent Wofford 1-0 at Snyder Field in Spartanburg, S.C.

Eve Van Harpen scored the lone goal in the game for the Lady Terriers.

Western Carolina outshot Wofford by a 19-to-3 margin. Felicia Wilson had a team-high five shots for the Catamounts.

The Catamounts fall to 11-4 overall and 5-2 in league play.Western will travel to Furman for a 2 p.m. start, Sunday, October 2.
