Stands as the WCU record-holder as having the most career game-winning goals (10)... Ranks second on Western's career list for goals (29), shots (171) and points (69)... Also ranks fifth in career assists with 11... One of only two Catamounts to ever record a hat trick (three goals in one game).

2002: Started in nine of the 10 matches she played in as her season was cut short due to a torn left ACL during practice... Had three goals on 20 shots, tying for third on the team for shots on goal percentage (.600).

2001: Started in all 21 games played... Howell was named to the Soccer Buzz Magazine All-Southeast Region second team... Named to the All-SoCon first team... Was SoCon player of the Week (9/25)... Selected as an Arby's/Catamount Student- Athlete of the Month for August... Led the conference in points (37) and in game-winning goals with seven, which set a WCU single season record... Was second in the SoCon in shots (86), shots per game (3.91) and goals (14), while ranking third in points per game (1.68), fourth in goals per game (0.64), third in assists (9) and sixth in assists per game (0.41)... Led the team in points, goals and game-winning goals and was second on the squad in assists, shots and shots on goal... Tied for a season-high, single game six points against The Citadel (9/23), while posting the same total against Tennessee Tech (9/21), a match in which she recorded Western's only hat trick of the season, giving WCU a 3-0 victory.

2000: Started in 20 games... Recorded game-winners versus Indiana State (9/9) and Appalachian State (10/6)... Had a team high 26 points for the season... Ranked fourth in the SoCon in shots with 65 in 20 games... Placed sixth in the league in shots per game, averaging 3.25... Recorded 12 goals on the season, good for ninth in the SoCon... Recorded hat tricks versus Coastal Carolina (9/2) and Indiana State (9/9).

High School: A three-time all-conference member... Led her team in goals scored every year... A two-time all-region player... Scored 19 goals as a junior and was named all-conference and all-region... Scored 21 goals as a sophomore... Named "Most Valuable Offensive Player", all-conference first team and honorable mention all-region... Started as a freshman, scoring 19 goals, and was named to the all-conference first team and the "Most Valuable Offensive Player"... Led the team to the Conference Championship.

Club: A member of the North Carolina Olympic Development team for six years... Played for the Raleigh Spartan Speed Club (CASL Elite)... Led the team to the 1999 North Carolina State Cup Championship match... Also led the team to a third place finish in the regional playoff held in Oklahoma City... 2000 North Carolina State Cup Runners-up.
