Charleston, S.C. - The Lady Catamount golf team stands in fourth place after round one of the Southern Conference Tournament at Wescott Plantation in North Charleston, S.C., on Sunday. Furman is out in front after shooting a 298.

Sophomore Rebecca Twiner leads the Lady Cats, sitting in a tie for third after shooting a par 72 (36-36), which is a season and career low for Twiner. Line Cordes is in a tie for tenth at 76 (40-36). Johanna Lundberg and Mary Faulk stand in a tie for 26th at 82 (40-42, 41-41). Brook Stillman is currently in 33rd place with an 85 (41-44). Brandi Jackson of Furman is in first overall with a two under par 70 (37-33).

Round two of the SoCon Championship begins tomorrow morning (Monday) and the final round of the tournament is on Tuesday.
