2008-09 (Junior): One of four to play in all 10 events, logging 26 rounds on the season ... Recorded a 76.85 on the season, the 10th-best single-season round in school history ... Posted one Top 5 finish and five top 10's, twice leading the team in finishing order ... Paced the squad with an eighth-place finish at the Palmetto Intercollegiate, hosted by the College of Charleston ... Again led the team with a seventh-place showing at the Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate, co-hosted by WCU and Appalachian State ... Finished tied for 14th at the 2009 Southern Conference Women's Golf Championship.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Led the Catamounts in individual finish in eight of the 10 seasonal tournaments ... Recorded a team-best seasonal average of 75.69, the fourth-lowest scoring average in school history ... Was named All-Southern Conference by the league's head coaches ... Posted a season-best, third-place finish at the Cuthbert Cup in February of 2008, with a two-round score of 145 in the rain-shortened event ... Finished tied for fourth at the UNCW Lady Seahawk Invitational in April ... Placed tied for 14th at the SoCon Championship.

2006-07 (Freshman): Played in 10 of the 12 seasonal events, posting the second-lowest stroke average on the team at 75.33 (1808 strokes, 24 rounds) ... Her scoring average also ranked as the third-lowest in school history ... Named Southern Conference Freshman of the Year as voted on by the league's head coaches, becoming the third Catamount to earn the honor ... Ranked fourth in the SoCon in scoring average and was the second-highest ranking freshman in the league ... Led WCU with the lowest single round (70), two-round score (143 at Great Smokies Intercollegiate) and three-round tally (216 at NCAA East Regional) ... Was the Catamounts' low-scorer in three events ... Led Western with a 23rd place finish at the NCAA East Regional after carding an even-par 216 (72-74-70) ... Posted her career-low round of 70 in the final round of NCAA Regional play ... Named to the WCU Dean's List in the Spring of 2007 ... During the summer of 2007, finished 11th in stroke play at the Ladies' British Open Amateur with a two-over 146 (72-74) ... Karlsson and Breanne Loucks of Wales needed golf's version of overtime to settle their opening round of match play with Karlsson falling to Loucks, 1-up, on the 20th hole of the round.

Prior to Western: In 2005, established herself as one of the top juniors not only in her native Sweden, but in all of Europe by finishing 23rd on the Junior Solheim Cup Order of Merit, which ranks all European golfers age 18-and under ... As a member of the Swedish National Team, played individually in the 2005 British Junior Girls Championships, marking the eighth time she has competed in an international competition.
