Women's Golf hosted the 2017 Bill Berg Invitational at The Ridges Country Club in Hayesville, NC.
Prior to Western Carolina: Spent two seasons on the women's golf roster at Pfeiffer University before transferring to WCU prior to Fall, 2016 ... Was a two-time all-conference selection in the Carolinas Conference ... Recorded nine, top 10 finishes during her time at Pfeiffer including eight top five performances with three individual medalist honors ... Earned second team all-conference as a sophomore after collecting third team plaudits as a freshman ... Twice scored individual medalists honors as a sophomore including winning the 2016 Carolinas Conference Championship event ... Posted a seasonal scoring average of 77.83 with 15 of her 18 seasonal rounds carded 70-or-better as a sophomore ... Won the Cutter Creek Invitational, scoring a two round total of 156 during her freshman season, adding a runner-up showing at the Patsy Rendleman Invitational, recording her best 36-hole total of 147 ... Finished the season with a stroke average of 79.39 over 18 seasonal rounds ... Attended Blackebergs Gymnasium and Troxhammar GK prior to coming to the United States.
