Seniors Amanda Floberg, Alyssa Morahan pace Catamount scoring five

2016-17 (Junior): Played in all 10 of the team's tournaments on the season, averaging 78.77 strokes per round to finish third on the team and rank 36th in the Southern Conference ... Made her WCU debut at the season-opening Golfweek Program Challenge, finishing tied for 30th overall to lead the Catamount scoring five ... A combined 14 of her 26 seasonal rounds were shot in the 70s including a season-low round of 73 at the season-opening tournament ... Recorded a pair of top 20 finishes including tied for 17th at the Terrier Intercollegiate and 18th at the Bulldog Florida Invitational ... Selected to the 2017 Spring Academic All-Southern Conference team with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Prior to Western Carolina: Transferred to WCU from the Univ. of Tampa with two years of eligibility remaining ... Competed in 17 events over two seasons for the Spartans, playing in 42 combined rounds ... Averaged a career-best 81.59 per round in her finals eason at Tampa, including her career-low round of 74 at the Guy Harvey Invitational in mid-October of 2015 ... Posted a pair of top 20 finishes in 2015-16 ... Earned Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Commissioner's Honor Roll and received the NCAA Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award during her first season on roster at Tampa.
