Prior to Western Carolina: In her two years at Southwest Community College, Crystal Riley averaged 10 points and about four assists per game while shooting 40 percent from behind the three point arch.

High School: She was one of the top three point shooters in Arkansas while playing for West Memphis High School. She led West Memphis to 49 wins, her junior and senior seasons, and the team was a Class 6-A State Runner-up her senior year. Riley was named to the 6-A All-State Team and the All-State Tournament Team.
