Elle Perkins Hometown: Robbinsville, N.C. Position: Volunteer Graduate Assistant

Elle Perkins begins her first year as a volunteer graduate assistant. She comes to the Western Carolina women's basketball program after graduating from North Carolina State in 2009 with a degree in History and a concentration in education.

While at NC State Perkins was a manager for the Wolfpack volleyball team. She was also an assistant volleyball coach at Panther Creek High School in Wake Co. She also coached summer league YBOA basketball teams.

She is currently pursuing a master's degree in History with a concentration in American History at Western Carolina. Perkins' father and uncle, Scott and Willie Perkins, played football for Western Carolina.
