Greenville, S.C. - Western Carolina sophomore Matt Cook is in second place after 18 holes, shooting a two-under 70, and stands one stroke out of first at the Furman Intercollegiate. The Catamounts, who sot 303, are tied for 12th in the 19-team field with 18 holes remaining to be played Saturday and 18 more Sunday. Maryland currently leads the field with a 289, while Wofford's Adam Dox in the individual leader with a first round 69.
