For the remainder of the summer, will do a series of question and answer sessions with Western Carolina senior football players. The first in the series is Kendall White, a senior linebacker from Jacksonville, N.C.

Who would win a fight between Spiderman and Batman?
White: Spiderman

White: That he is looking for a churro.

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?
White: Banana

Your favorite funny moment that has happened to you or a teammate at WCU?
White: I got locked out of my room at my first game at USF.

Who is your favorite athlete or role model?
White: Lebron James

Favorite off-season activity?
White: Playing basketball

What has been your favorite class to take at WCU?
White: Professional selling.

Favorite pre-game meal?
White: Chicken

What four things would you take on a deserted island?
White: Water, mobile phone, private jet and food.

What does it mean to you to play in front of a large home-game crowd at WCU?
White: The feeling that I need to put on a good show from them and my family.

Who is your favorite roommate during road games?
White: A.J. Newman

What was the best advice you were ever given?
White: Have confidence in yourself.



What is your main strength and weakness?
White: My strength is my ability and a weakness is my lack of faith in my ability.

What are you looking forward to most about playing a game in Hawaii?
White: Experience something new, winning and having a good time with my teammates.

What inspired you as a kid to want to play football?
White: Doing something not everyone can handle.

One major goal for the 2017 season?
White: SoCon Championship.
