2011 (Junior): Saw action in 10 of the 11 games on the season between special teams and at tight end ... Caught one pass in his new position on offense, a career-long 54-yard touchdown reception at nationally-ranked Appalachian State, recording his first career points ... Credited with 11 tackles on the season, mostly on special teams ... Tallied eight solo stops ... Returned three kickoffs as an up-back and in a specialty "starburst" formation for a combined 19 yards ... Finished with 73 all-purpose yards.
2010 (Sophomore): Played in all 11 games between special teams and as a defensive substitution ... Converted from defensive end to tight end prior to the end of the season, but did not record any catches on offense ...
