Note: A walk-on for the first four years on roster, was rewarded with a scholarship from head coach Mark Speir for his senior season ... He was notified of the scholarship during a team meeting during the fall preseason, and was greeted by cheers from his teammates.

2016 (Redshirt Senior): Played in all 11 of the team’s games, making the first two starts of his career against The Citadel (Oct. 1) and VMI (Nov. 5) … Finished the year with 35 total tackles including 19 solo stops … Recorded a career-best eight tackles including two solo stops against Chattanooga (Oct. 28) … Came up with his first career interception in the home win over VMI (Nov. 5), returning the pick seven yards.

2015 (Redshirt Junior): Saw action in all 11 of the team's games both as a defensive reserve and on special teams ... Finished with two tackles on the season coming in the opener against Mars Hill ... Credited with forcing a fumble in WCU's annual Spring Game ... Named to the 2015-16 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll..

2014 (Redshirt Sophomore): Appeared in all 12 games between special teams and as a defensive substitution ... Listed as WCU's primary holder on placekicks ... Named to the 2014-15 Southern Conference Honor Roll ... Playing for the Gold squad, credited with three tackles and forcing a fumble defensively during WCU's annual Spring Game.

2013 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in three games as a reserve before suffering a season-ending knee injury ... Made his collegiate debut on Oct. 5 at Chattanooga ... Was not credited with any stats.

2012: Redshirted.

Prior to Western Carolina: Was a two-time All-Region selection, garnering honorable mention as a junior and second team plaudits as a senior ... Posted a career-high 20 tackles - the third most in a single-game in school history - in a game against Loganville ... Was also named All-Region as a wrestler both his junior and senior year, finishing as the state 4-A runner-up in 2012.
