Notes: After having made the move from linebacker to fullback in the Spring of 2006, returns to the defensive side of the ball in 2008 along the defensive line ... Was officially adopted on Oct. 14, 2006 and added "Dear" to his last name as his adopted parents do not have a son and it was their wish to see the name continued.

2007 (R-So.): Played in 10 of Western's 11 games, making three starts in the backfield at fullback ... Only rushed one time for no-gain in the season-finale against Furman ... Caught three passes out of the backfield for 55 yards on the season ... Recorded a career-long 35-yard reception against Elon when he was found downfield after QB Adam Hearns was forced to scramble out of the pocket ... Also accounted for three solo tackles on the year.

2006 (R-Fr.): Played in all 11 games, starting 10 at fullback as WCU opened the Liberty game with a three-wide receiver set in his lone non-starting appearance ... Primarily used as a blocking back who helped Darius Fudge rush for 1,001 yards on the season ... Ran twice for three yards... Ranked fifth on the team with 11 catches for 78 yards and one touchdown ... Posted his first collegiate career points, tallying the longest play of a 13-play scoring drive with a 12-yard pass from Bennett Swygert just before halftime at Wofford ... One week later, hauled in a career-best four passes at Liberty and ended the season with a then career-high 24 yards receiving at Florida.

2005 (Fr.): Did not see game action and took a red-shirt.

Prior to Western: Played one season at Hargrave (Va.) Military Academy after graduating from Roswell High School.
