Louisville, Ky. - Both Western Carolina Catamount basketball teams invade the "Bluegrass State" on Saturday, Dec. 12. WCU travels to Louisville in men's action at 4:00 pm, while the women visit Western Kentucky in Bowling Green, Ky., at 5:00 pm.

Catamount Sports Network coverage of both game begins at 3:30 pm from Louisville ahead of the 4:00 pm tip-off. Fans can follow the men's game locally on 680 AM WRGC in Sylva and 920 AM WPTL in Canton, with streaming audio online at www.CatamountSports.com.

The women's game will air at 4:45 pm before the 5:00 pm tip and can be heard locally on WWCU-FM, Power 90dot5 in Cullowhee and online at www.WWCUFM.com.

In addition to CSN's coverage of the Catamount's game from Freedom Hall, Saturday afternoon's tilt is also being broadcast by ESPN on its online streaming station, ESPN360.com, as well as a part of the ESPN Full Court plan (check local listings and internet provider for availability).

O'Malley's Bar and Grill in Sylva will host a viewing party beginning Saturday afternoon prior to the Catamounts road tilt at Louisville. O'Malley's will have a designated area where fans can watch and cheer on the Catamounts. There will be appetizer and beverage specials offered by O'Malley's during this time for fans to enjoy.

Ranked 21st in the most recent RPI ratings, the Catamount men have won eight-straight, including three-consecutive road games, as they square-off against the Rick Pitino-led Louisville Cardinals. Louisville dropped out of the national rankings following last weekend's home loss to the Charlotte 49ers. Saturday's game pits two of the winningest active NCAA head coaches as Western's Larry Hunter ranks 12th among active skippers with 568 career wins while Pitino is 16th with 557 wins.

Western's women are currently amidst a five-game road swing and are still seeking their first road victory of the season. It is just the second meeting all-time between the Catamounts and Hill Toppers in women's basketball.
