CULLOWHEE, N.C. - Western Carolina Head Men's Basketball Coach Larry Hunter is the latest Catamount coach to join the ranks of Twitter. He joins head women's basketball coach Karen Middleton and football's Keith Heckendorf.

Fans can follow Hunter by going to http://twitter.com/CoachLhunter. He will be providing updates on the Catamount men's basketball program and players.

Western Carolina was the first Southern Conference schools to launch a Twitter site. The Catamounts began a Twitter site a week before the Lady Catamount basketball team went to the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Since then, it's Twitter site has provided insight into the athletics program as well as scoring updates and information on WCU coaches and student-athletes.
