Basketball and Baseball Highlight Busy Catamount Weekend Doubleheaders for both men's and women's basketball and baseball Saturday

CULLOWHEE, N.C. -It is a busy weekend coming in Cullowhee as baseball begins a three-game series with Hofstra, with a doubleheader Saturday and a single game Sunday, and men's and women's basketball close out their regular season home games Saturday in a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m.
Baseball begins the whirlwind weekend with a doubleheader with Hofstra beginning at noon Saturday. The Catamounts are set to play the second game of the doubleheader at approximately 4 p.m. The three-game series concludes Sunday with a noon first pitch.
Women's basketball hosts a match-up with College of Charleston at 2 p.m. in the Ramsey Center. Prior to the game, redshirt seniors Diamond Hunnicutt and Janae' McKinneywill be honored. The Catamounts close out their regular season on Monday with a trip to Davidson, prior to the start of the 2013 Southern Conference Tournament.
The doubleheader basketball action concludes with men's basketball's game at 4:30 p.m. against Samford. Seeding for the tournament for the Catamounts is still in flux but will become much clearer after the game.
