Cullowhee, N.C. - Western Carolina's home baseball game with Clemson, who is the nation's consensus top-ranked team for the sixth consecutive week, scheduled for Wednesday (May 15) has been moved. First pitch for the Catamounts' home season finale at Childress Field/Hennon Stadium is now set for 3:30 pm.

In addition to broadcasting the WCU-Clemson game, Sylva's WRGC (680 AM) will do a live remote from Childress Field/Hennon Stadium prior to the contest. Several prizes will be given away before and during the game. Admission for the WCU-Clemson game will be $8 for reserved, chair-back seats behind home plate, $6 for adult general admission and $4 for youth (ages 2-17) general admission.

WCU head coach Todd Raleigh has also announced the addition of a game at Winthrop on Tuesday (May 14) at 4:00 pm. The game with the Eagles was added due to several rain outs for both teams.

Western Carolina has also confirmed starting times for road games at East Tennessee State on Saturday (May 11) and at UNC Asheville on Sunday (May 19) are different than previous schedules released by WCU. Saturday's ETSU game, played at Johnson City's Cardinal Park, will start at 2:00 pm. Sunday's UNCA game, played at McCormick Field, will start at 2:00 pm as well.
