Catamount Baseball Ticket Information
Cullowhee, N.C. - Season tickets for the Western Carolina 2011 Catamount Baseball season are now available for purchase from the WCU Athletic ticket office. WCU is coming off a 37-win season that included 21 home victories and a runner-up finish in the Southern Conference Baseball Championship.
The 2011 season ticket package includes 29 home dates beginning with Opening Weekend on Feb. 18-20 against nonconference foe, Morehead State at the renovated Childress Field / Hennon Stadium.
WCU's home schedule also includes hosting conference foes Elon, Samford, Georgia Southern, Wofford and defending league champions, The Citadel. Nonconference dates in Cullowhee include perennial power, Clemson, and a three-game set against MLB Hall of Famer Tony Gywnn and the San Diego State Aztecs, as well as several mid-week tilts.
Season tickets start as low as $50 for adults and $25 for youth. Options also include box seating on the upper reserved level for $100 and the brand new field level reserved seating directly behind the new brick backstop for just $175.
Whether it is an exciting midweek clash or a three-day weekend series, Catamount baseball offers fun, exciting action for families, alumni, students and fans inside Childress Field at Hennon Stadium.
