Cookeville, Tenn. - The Western Carolina baseball team had its game at Tennessee Tech rained out Thursday, after being postponed due to inclement weather the previous day. There is no make-up game scheduled.

The Catamounts will return to action this weekend with a three-game series with SoCon foe VMI. The series will be the final league games to be played at Childress Field/Hennon Stadium this season. The teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday starting at Noon, followed by a single game on Sunday at 1:00 pm.

Western only has one home game scheduled after the VMI series this season, hosting top-ranked Clemson on May 15.
