2016 (Senior): Was limited to pitching just 1.0 full inning in four separate appearances in his final season ... Walked five against a strikeout in his four trips to the mound, allowing four hits including three singles ... Tossed a season-long two-thirds of an inning on opening weekend against St. Johns (Feb. 21) ... Transitioned into a mentor in the bullpen on game days for the Catamounts ... 2015 (Junior): Pitched in 18 games on the year including two starts and 16 relief appearances ... Missed the last month of the season with a back injury ... Finished with a 1-1 record and a 8.10 ERA ... Struck out 17 batters with 25 walks ... Only allowed 18 hits in the 16.2 innings on the mound with 11 hits going for extra bases ... Struck out a career-high five in 2.2 relief innings against Purdue (Feb. 13) ... Picked up the victory after tossing just a third of an inning against George Mason (Feb. 22) at the Hughes Bros. 2014 (Sophomore): Made 25 relief appearances on the season, tied for the most on the squad, tossing 30.2 innings ... Struck out 10 batters against 21 walks, recording Ks in nine outings ... Tossed two thirds of an inning in the eighth in the come-from-behind victory over Rider (March 14), retiring both batters he faced in the top of the frame before the Catamounts rallied in the home portion ... Struck out a season-high two in an inning and two thirds against East Tennessee State (March 19). Summer League: Pitched for the Wilson Tobs of the Coastal Plain League ... Made nine appearances with one start, recording a 1-0 record with a 2.19 ERA ... Tossed 12.1 innings, striking out 10 against 10 walks ... Scattered 12 hits with just one going for extra bases, limiting foes to a .250 batting average against.
2013 (Freshman): Ranked tied for second on the team with 32 appearances on the season, 31 coming in relief with one start ... Posted a 4.81 ERA with 19 strikeouts against 10 walks ... Allowed 20 runs with 18 going as earned ... Of his 32 appearances, held opponents scoreless in 23 of them ... Just six of the 40 hits allowed went for extra bases ... Named to the Southern Conference's All-Freshman team ... Made his collegiate debut against Pac-12 foe, Washington State (Feb. 16-17), twice tossing a third of an inning out of the bullpen ... Pitched a career-long five innings against Eastern Kentucky (March 13) ... Made his first collegiate start at nationally-ranked Clemson (April 24) ... Struck out a career-high three in a road win at Appalachian State (May 17), earning his first career save with four innings of relief work; Summer League: Tossed 5.1 innings through four appearances on the mound for the Winchester Royals of the Valley League before leaving the team on June 20 to take the remainder of the summer off ... Countered three walks with four strikeouts, surrendering three hits without allowing a run ... Opponents were hitting just .188 against him.
Prior to Western Carolina: A three-year varsity letter winner, was a two-time All-Greater Neuse Conference selection as a junior and senior after posting back-to-back 5-3 records with five complete games ...
