2001: Closed the regular season with two outstanding performances at VMI ... Held the Keydets scoreless in 2.0 innings of relief work, allowing one hit with no walks and three strikeouts in game one of doubleheader ... Duplicated the feat in the season finale, picking up the win in 1.1 innings of relief ... Allowed one hit and no walks with a strikeout ... Struck out a career-high six batters at No. 12 Clemson ... Although he suffered the loss, he pitched well, giving up just three earned runs (six total) and one walk in 4.1 innings.

2000: Received a medical redshirt due to an elbow injury ... Only worked 0.2 innings before leaving the North Carolina game with the injury.

1999: Appeared in a team high 29 games ... Posted a record of 3-2 ... First collegiate win was at Wofford on March 10 ... Picked up his first collegiate save against North Carolina A&T on Feb. 27 ... Struck out a career high five batters against Georgia Southern ... Tossed 8.1 innings in the Southern Conference Tournament against College of Charleston to advance to the championship round .. Only allowed one earn run in 9.1 innings pitched in the conference tournament ... Fourth on the team in innings pitched ... Batted 1.000 on the season .. Was 1-for-1 against Wofford with a RBI.

All-Northeast Tennessee ... Helped team to 25-10 record and regional finals in 1997 ... 2-2 with two saves and 2.00 ERA as a junior ... Also an all-conference basketball player and three-year letterman in golf ... Played AAU ball for Coach Tim Lingerfelt?s Tri-Cities Express.
