Western Carolina vs. Wake Forest - 2/20/13

Western Carolina baseball took down the Wake Forest Demon Deacons Wednesday night at Childress Field/Hennon Stadium, 7-2.

Career: Finished his four-year career with an 11-7 record ... Made 48 career appearances including 20 starts, mostly coming during mid-week action ... Tossed 115.1 career innings with 69 career strikeouts ... During his career, recorded victories over ACC-foes Wake Forest and Duke, as well as SEC-foe Georgia.

2013 (Senior): Made nine appearances on the year including six starts, all coming during mid-week action ... Posted a 3-1 record on the season, posting victories over Wake Forest (Feb. 20) and two over Kennesaw State (April 23 and May 1) ... Struck out 25 batters against 12 walks ... Posted strikeouts in seven of his nine appearances ... Tallied three fielding assists off the mound ... Pitched 28.0 innings in his six starts, posting a 4.50 ERA with 23 strikeouts and 10 walks ...
