2008:Set a personal record in the 5K with a time 19:00 minutes ... Ran the 1500m with a mark of 4:58 ... Ran a time of 2:18 in the 800m ... Placed seventh at the Southern Conference Championships in the 10K.
2007: Didn't compete because of Red Shirt
2006-2007: Was named to the TIAA-CREF Academic All- Southern Conference team.
2005-2006: Won the Southern Conference Comissioner's Medal while at Georga Southern University.
High School: Holds the school record in the 800-meter, 4x400-meter, 4x800 meter and 4x1600-meter runs, as well as the records for the Distance and Sprint Medley Relays...placed 6th in the Junior Olympic nationals as a senior.
