2005-06: Cross Country: Recorded the 14th-best 8K time in WCU history with a time of 25:13 at the Clemson Invitational ... Also recorded the 19th, and 21st-best 8K times in his first season in Cullowhee ... Ran the 18th-best 10K time at the NCAA Southeast Regionals, clocking in a 32:30 ... Led the team to a first-place finish with an individual first-place run at the South Carolina Invitational ... Was named SoCon Runner of the Week for his performance at the USC Invite ... Also led the team at the Clemson Invitational and Blue Ridge Open; Indoor Track: Posted the best 800-meter (1:52.77) and Mile (4:09.80) times for WCU and ran the second-quickest 3,000-meter time ... Ran a leg of the school-record setting, SoCon Champion Distance Medley Relay team (10:05.02) ... Was a SoCon champ as an individual, winning the mile run ...
