Cullowhee, N.C. - Here are the final results from the 2006 Western Carolina High School Track & Field Championships run on Saturday in Cullowhee, N.C.

Weddington High School won the girls team championship with 99 points, edging North Davidson in second (88), Franklin High in third (64), Swain County High in fourth (60) and North Gaston in fifth with 50 points. T.C. Roberson High School claimed the boy's team title with 107.5 points, followed by McDowell (60), Ashbrook (55), Weddington (49) and Elizabethton (TN) with 43 points in fifth.

A total of 14 Catamount Athletic Complex high school records fell on Saturday, including seven on the girls side and seven on the boys side.
