Jennifer comes to the mountains from Governor Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick, MD. This is Jennifer's first year as a graduate assistant working with the sprints and hurdles events.

Collegiate Honors: As a member of the Lady Catamounts Track and Field Team she contributed to top finishes in both Indoor and Outdoor Southern Conference Championships. She was a two-time NCAA East Regional Qualifier in the 4 x 400 meter relay...2005 Southern Conference Champion Indoor and Outdoor in the 4 x 400 meter relay...All-Southern Conference in both the 400 meter dash (2002-2005) and Distance Medley Relay (2002 & 2004).

High School Honors: Named as one of Highest Ranking Freshman Performers in the Western Maryland region in the following events 100, 200, 400 meter dash; 1998 Indoor National Scholastic Track and Field Championship Qualifier in the 4 x 400 meter relay; 1998 Foot Locker National Scholastic Outdoor Championship Qualifier in the 4 x 400 meter relay (3:53.22) and in 1999 she was a top finisher for the Intermediate Girls at the AAU Junior Olympics Games in the 400 meter dash.

Personal: She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology and a minor in Physical Education. She is working toward her graduate degree in the Masters of Arts in Education.
