2007: Set school records in 400m, 4x100m relay, and the 4x400m relay...Also guided the Catamounts to Indoor & Outdoor championships being named MVP during his junior season.

High School: Junior and senior years he was all-conference, MVP, All-state, All region, and All- Observer. He also received the most athletic and athlete of the year award. While in high school he also helped his team win back to back state championships in football.

Personal: He is the son of Kelvin Littlejohn and Dianna Ellis, he was born in Shelby, N.C., but his hometown is Mooresboro, N.C. He has one brother Chazstein Ellis. Manteo is the cousin of former defensive lineman of the Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers Gabe Wilkins.
