High School: Earned All-Conference and All-Region honors her junior and senior years after sitting out a year due to a torn ACL...Conference champion in 4x100 and 4x200 her junior year...Regional champion her junior year in 4x200 and sprint medley...named to the CHSAA 1st team All-Academic her junior and senior years...helped her team to the Tri-Valley Conference Championship title her senior year...holds the school record in the heptathlon and is a member of the relay team that holds the record in the 4x100, 4x200 and sprint medley....Was also a member of the 2003 and 2004 girls soccer state championship team which was also ranked 5th nationally by NSCA/Adidas.
Personal: Daughter of Scott and Margaret Fox-Hall...Father is the Assistant Director of Track and Field at Wake Forest University...Mother is a five time World Masters weightlifting champion.
