WCU: Has competed in the triple and long jumps all three years with a personal-best mark of 23-6 in the long jump which he recorded as a junior... Was named an All-SoCon member in indoor track in his junior season... Recorded a personal-best mark of 46-7 in the triple jumpe as a sophomore.
High School: Voted Most Valuable in Field Events for the county and the school as a senior, and was named all-county and all-conference... Led team to win the county championship in his junior and senior seasons, in which he placed fourth in the triple jump and third in the long jump and triple jump, respectively... Also participated in 100 meters, 4x100 meter relay and 55 meters... Set indoor record for long jump, triple jump and longest kickoff return in football (National) as a senior... His junior year, he set school indoor record in the 55 meters, as well as breaking his own record in the triple jump and long jump.. Voted Most Valuable Field Performer for indoor track his junior year, as well as being named all-county in football and track and all-conference in track... Participated in long jump, triple jump, 100 meters and 4x200 meter relay his sophomore and freshman years.
Personal: A theatre major... Son of Benjamin and Suzette Davis... Siblings are Ben Jr., Jason, Earl, Ophelia and Tonya.
