Cullowhee, N.C. - On Thursday, Nov. 2, the Western Carolina Catamount Cheerleaders will hold an "Open Gym" try-out beginning at 7:30 in historic Reid Gymnasium.
The event is open to all current Western students who are interested in cheering during both the Catamount men's and Lady Catamount women's basketball teams during the spring semester. The cheerleaders will also work on their routines for the National Cheerleading Association (NCA) College Cheer & Dance National Competition in April.
All participants will be asked to complete a waiver form before participating.
