So, you think you have what it takes to be THE Catamount...?
The Western Carolina University Cheerleading squad is looking for a mascot for the 2005-06 Athletics season. Applicants must be willing to work hard and be able to make appearances at all football and men's and women's basketball games, as well as various appearances throughout the year, such as postseason tournaments, Homecoming and Christmas parades, etc. The try-out is open to all current and incoming Western Carolina students.
Western is looking for someone that is very enthusiastic and upbeat to fill the role as "Paws the Catamount." Previous cheerleading or mascot experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
