Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in the Ramsey Center. Also, containers and/or coolers are also prohibited in the arena.
There is no re-admittance policy at the Ramsey Center. Once you enter the arena, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter.
Unapproved and unsanctioned artificial noisemakers (air horns, thunder sticks, cowbells, etc.) are not permitted in the Ramsey Center as per Southern Conference rules.
Concession stands are located on the main concourse on both the East and West sides of the arena serving Pepsi drink products, Domino's Pizza by the slice and many other items.
Local emergency medical personnel are in attendance at all WCU home volleyball and basketball games in the Ramsey Center and can be paged through the public address system along press row. An oxygen-equipped ambulance is located outside the truck tunnel entrance during the games.
All parcels, bags and alike are subject to inspection upon entry into the Ramsey Center. All alcoholic beverages and other items not permitted in the arena must be discarded prior to entering the building.
No one is allowed on the playing surface before, during or immediately after the game without proper credentials. Floor access for exiting the building is only available following a three-minute cooling off period at the conclusion of basketball games. Fans will be ejected for throwing any objects in the stadium. Note: During volleyball season, entrance to the Ramsey Center is gained through the Truck Tunnel entrance with seating located on the opposite sides of the team benches.
All game times are subject to change. WCU will publicize any game time changes online at CatamountSports.com. Ticket refunds will not be made available because of a change in start times.
Lost and Found:
If you find and item, please return it to an usher. To recover a lost item, make an identification with the usher.
Catamount apparel and game day merchandise can be found at stands on the main arena concourse. Merchandise is also available anytime at CatamountSports.com, or also at the WCU Ticket Office in the Ramsey Center.
In accordinance to North Carolina public regulations, smoking is not permitted inside the arena seating area, concourses or restrooms.
No one is allowed on press row or the scorer's table without proper credentials. Those not adhering to this policy will be escorted out of the arena.
Tickets for Catamount Athletics:
Tickets for WCU men's and women's basketball games can be purchased at the Athletics Ticket Office Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm - or anytime online at www.CatamountSports.com. There is a "no refund" policy in effect on all tickets. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Ticket orders that are placed 10 days or more in advance of the game are mailed. Orders placed within 10 days prior to the game will be placed at the Will Call to be picked up ... Will Call is located on the main concourse and opens 60 minutes prior to start time. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets left at Will Call and only the ticket holder may pick up the tickets. Second hand Will Call will be accepted on game day, but WCU is not responsible for lost or misplaced second hand Will Call and any such orders will not be replaced or refunded.
