Catamount Club's End of the Year Invitation Only Banquet Honoring Student-Athletes
Western Carolina University and The Catamount Club will be hosting the Fourth Annual Student-Athlete Scholarship Banquet on April 27th, 2013. The event will be held at the Grove Park Inn located in Asheville, North Carolina. This event is an invitation-only event for Catamount Club donors at the Varsity Club Level and above. It serves as an opportunity for donors to meet and connect with select student-athletes of Western Carolina University.
The Scholarship Banquet features WCU student-athletes from all 16 Division I programs at the institution, head coaches, university administration and special guest. The elegant evening usually consist of a cocktail event to start the festivities of the night where the student-athletes "meet and greet" the guest in attendance. Immediately following this the attendees relocate to the dining hall and partake in dinner, followed by a guest speaker and two individual student-athlete speakers.
