Career: Though only pitching two seasons for the Purple & Gold, concluded his career ranked 20th in career strikeouts with 186.

2019 (Redshirt Senior): Made 17 appearances on the year including 11 starts and six out of the bullpen including twice in the 2019 Southern Conference Baseball Championship ... Voted a team captain for 2019 … Was fourth on the team with a 5.98 seasonal ERA, matching for a team-best with five victories … Finished the year with 86 strikeouts, twice posting double-digit Ks in a game … Recorded six-or-more strikeouts in nine of his 17 appearances ... Tallied 99 fly ball outs and 65 ground ball outs including inducing five double plays … Matched a career-long with 8.1 innings against Furman (April 20), striking out 10 … Struck out a career-best tying 13 over eight innings in a home win over The Citadel (May 16) on senior weekend … Tossed 6.2 relief innings in the conference tournament in securing the victory over The Citadel (May 21) to advance the Catamounts into the double-elimination portion of the conference championship.

2018 (Redshirt Junior): Made 18 appearances on the season including a team-best 15 starts … Finished with a 3-13 overall record, tied for the team lead in victories and a 6.97 ERA … Paced the squad with 100 strikeouts, recording at least one K in each appearance – and tallying five-or-more strikeouts in 11 appearances … Made his WCU debut in the season-opening weekend at East Carolina (Feb. 17), tossing five and a third innings in his first start … Fanned nine in a road loss at The Citadel (March 24) … Struck out a career-high 13 and was credited with a complete game in a 6.0 inning start in a seven-inning game two at VMI (April 14) … Pitched a career-long 8.1 innings in scoring a road victory at Furman (May 6) … Made three appearances for the Catamounts during the six-game SoCon Tournament run including two starts, finishing with three decisions -- a 1-1 overall record and a save, recording a 1.69 ERA in earning SoCon All-Tournament team plaudits … Finished with a team-high tying 15 strikeouts in the tournament in tossing a combined 10.2 innings including scoring the victory after a seven-inning, seven-strikeout start against top-seeded UNCG (May 23) in Wednesday's victory before striking out four of the five outs he recorded in picking up the save on short rest against the Spartans (May 26) on Saturday afternoon ... After securing the save, he rolled right into Saturday night's rematch with fifth-seeded Mercer (May 26), striking out four over two innings before exiting.

2017 (Junior): Did not see game action while doing rehab work after off-season surgery ... Expected to take a redshirt. Summer League: Made 11 appearances with three stars for the Fond du Loc Dock Spiders of the Northwoods League ... Finished 0-2 with a 12.53 ERA, striking out 18 batters over 18.2 innings while issuing 16 walks ... Tossed a summer-long 4.1 innings with four strikeouts against Rockford on July 12.

Prior to Western Carolina: Transferred to WCU from Catawba Valley CC ... Made 14 appearances a season ago including 12 starts ... Tossed 53.0 innings with an ERA of 4.92 ... Struck out 63 against 38 walks ... Was named to the Catawba Valley CC All-Decade team ... Played prep baseball at South Caldwell HS.
