Cullowhee, N.C. – The Western Carolina volleyball team wraps up the 2018 regular season this weekend as the Catamounts travel to Chattanooga on Friday at 5 p.m. and Samford on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Western Carolina is 12-13 overall and 6-8 in the Southern Conference after a pair of 3-1 setbacks at Wofford and Furman last weekend.

Chattanooga is 9-19 overall and 5-10 in the SoCon following a 3-0 loss at Samford on Wednesday evening. Friday’s match is the season finale for the Mocs and is the first half of volleyball and women’s basketball doubleheader. Western Carolina defeated Chattanooga 3-1 in Cullowhee on Oct. 13.

Samford is 15-14 overall and 10-5 in league play after a 3-0 home win over Chattanooga on Wednesday.  Samford defeated WCU 3-2 on Oct. 12.

Seeds for the 2018 Southern Conference Tournament will be announced on Saturday evening. The tournament begins Nov. 16 on the campus of UNCG.
